The Applicant submitted a land use application to subdivide <br />the Subject Property into 4 single family lots with a reduced minimum lot width of 81.75 feet. <br />However, the zoning ordinance requires a minimum of eighty-five (85) feet in the R-2 district. The <br />Council voted 3-2 to approve the Variance and Preliminary Plat request. At its September 28, <br />2020 meeting the City Council approved the Final Plat for the subject property. <br /> <br />The City Attorney has prepared the Agreement and the document has been reviewed by staff and <br />the developer (Attachment A). <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br /> <br />NA <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
