To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020-061 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SERVICE FEE CHARGE FOR <br />THE 2021 RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has an established curbside recycling program in <br />place for Arden Hills residents; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will continue the program into the year 2021, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement <br />(JPA) with Ramsey County to assess residential property owners fees to support the recycling <br />program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to continue this funding mechanism. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the funding rate for residential recycling for the year 2021 is hereby established at <br />$57.50 per residential unit that is offered curbside recycling services, and $3.50 per <br />residential unit that is not offered curbside recycling services. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 23th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> DAVID GRANT, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />JULIE HANSON, CITY CLERK <br />
