Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />The developer for Lexington Station Phase 3 is currently working with the property owners of the <br />Arby’s site and the Big O Tires site to determine if they wish to gain access to the future Target <br />Road signalized intersection through a shared access agreement and participate in the project costs. <br />The three other traffic signals along Lexington Avenue at County Road E, Grey Fox Road and Red <br />Fox Road would continue to be governed by the existing signal agreements approved in 1990. <br />The City Attorney has reviewed the proposed Agreement for Maintenance of Traffic Control Signals <br />and EVP System document. Staff recommends approval of the agreement. <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br />The total estimated cost share of the Target Road signal for the City of Arden Hills is $187,000. The <br />County’s engineering consultant is preparing a feasibility report for the Target Road signal to assist <br />the cities of Arden Hills and Shoreview with the special assessment process for signal costs.
