The Development is subject to a charge for Sanitary <br />Sewer Trunk in the estimated amount of $130,965.60 payable at the time of final plat approval. The <br />estimated sanitary sewer charges are identified below. The sewer availability fee is determined <br />based on the Metropolitan Council’s formula for calculating new sewer availability charge (SAC) <br />units. The Developer shall apply to the Metropolitan Council for a SAC determination for the <br />project. The Parties acknowledge that the following costs are estimates prepared prior to receiving <br />a SAC unit determination from the Metropolitan Council, and final charges will be adjusted in <br />accordance with the adopted fee schedule for the City of Arden Hills and number of SAC units. <br />Sewer Connection Fee: $840.00/acre x 21.94 acres = $18,429.00 (City) <br />Sewer Availability Fee: $825.00/unit x 34 units = $28,050.00 (City) <br />Metro Sewer Availability Charge: $2,485/unit x 34 units = $84,490.00 (MCES) <br /> 22. WATER CHARGES. The Development is subject to a charge for Water supply in the <br />estimated amount of $65,508.70 payable at the time of final plat approval. <br />The estimated water charges are identified below.
