Presentation System Update <br />Description: Pending results of firmware updates, consider changing some <br />components of the presentation system. <br /> Why: To resolve issues with touch panels and switcher in lectern <br /> Cost: $500 - $2,800 <br /> Timeline: 4-6 weeks <br /> Priority: Medium <br /> Next Steps: Firmware updates – Then assess current and future needs with <br />city staff <br />3. Audio-Only Recordings <br />Description: Adding software to the control computer to allow for backup audio- <br />only recordings of meetings. <br /> Why: On occasion the beginning of a meeting is not unmuted for the <br />public and subsequently not recorded.
