Last year’s garden plot lessees <br />have priority in leasing the same <br />plot from the year before. After <br />April 5th, plots will be leased on <br />a first come first serve basis. You <br />may lease one plot until April 30th. <br />If there are any plots available after <br />April 30th, then you may reserve <br />an additional plot beginning <br />Monday, May 3rd. <br />If you are interested in reserving a <br />garden plot, please complete and <br />mail the Garden Plot Sublease with <br />the $51.00 fee to the City of Arden <br />Hills. A layout of the available <br />plots is included on page 2 of the <br />form. Please indicate your first, <br />second, and third choice on your <br />sublease form. If <br />you don’t have a garden or want a <br />second garden, this is for you! <br />The garden site is located on Old <br />Highway 10 between Highway 96 <br />and Lake Valentine Road.
