<br />Backround/Discussion
<br />
<br />On January 25, 2021, the City Council adopted Resolution 2021-004 Approving the Plans and
<br />Specifications and Ordering the Advertisement for Bids. Bids were opened on Wednesday,
<br />February 24, 2021.
<br />
<br />There were a total of eleven bids received. The following table lists the bidders name and their total
