However was excited when I researched all the proposed trails and felt <br />confident that Arden hills would progress forward like all the surrounding cities and make <br />pedestrian safety a priority. <br />The trail along old Snelling is a key trail that would begin connect us to so much commerce in <br />Roseville. It would benefit families that live south of cty rd E to be able to feel confident thee <br />we it kids could bike and walk to school safely. <br />I understand the cost is high, but if this trail does not happen because of cost, I can only <br />foresee that if cost becomes the issue this time, then it will continue to be the reason and none <br />of the proposed trails will happen. <br />How do other cities manage to find money to build trails?
