The expected share of uses within this area are as follows: 10% to 50% Light <br />Industrial; 10% to 70% Retail; 10% to 70% Office; and 10% to 50% Residential. A development <br />intensity of up to 0.8 FAR may be allowed. <br /> <br />The Subject Property is falls within the Guiding Plan for the B-2 District. This includes a long- <br />term vision for the future redevelopment of this corridor and addresses transportation issues, land <br />uses, infrastructure improvements, landscaping, pedestrian facilities, building design, and site <br />layout among other issues.
