RECITALS. <br /> A. In 2013, the City approved a Master Planned Unit Development Agreement for <br />the Lexington Station redevelopment project at the southwest corner of Lexington Avenue and <br />Red Fox Road. Phase 1 of the redevelopment was completed in 2013-2014 and included the
