The Master Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement and Phase 2-Final Plan was recorded on June 27, 2017 as document <br />number A04664511. <br /> C. On the 4th day of March, 2021, the Developer submitted an application requesting <br />the approval of PUD-Master Plan Amendment and approval of a Phase 3 Final Planned Unit <br />Development (“Phase 3-Final Plan”), for the property located at 3787 Lexington Avenue, Arden <br />Hills, legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Roberts Addition to Arden Hills (the “Property”). The <br />Property is zoned in the B-3 District.
