The proposed north elevation, facing County Road E, has 37% <br />windows. As these spaces are offices and a conference room that require some level of privacy, <br />the Applicant is requesting flexibility to allow 37% transparency. <br /> <br />Section 1325.05 Subd. 8, D of the City Code requires at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the <br />exterior building materials be of brick masonry, tile masonry, natural stone, decorative concrete <br />plank, transparent glass or any combination thereof. The majority of the proposed elevations will <br />be constructed out of patterned cement rainscreen, anchored stone masonry veneer, and transparent <br />glass. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
