Snelling Avenue North Street and Utility Improvements | City of Arden Hills
3Firm Information and Experience/Project Team
PROJECT TEAM Bolton &
Menk recognizes the value of a forward-looking
project team that can anticipate project challenges,
empathize with resident concerns, and build project
consent through a creative and comprehensive
analysis of improvement alternatives. The team we
propose for the Snelling Avenue North Street and
Utility Improvements project has this experience.
We have provided a brief background and description
of key individual roles. These individuals have
track records of successful projects and, just as
importantly, are enthusiastic and committed to
meeting and exceeding your expectations.
Mike Waltman, PE
Project Manager/Principal-in-Charge
Mike will serve as your primary point
of contact. He has the qualifications,
experience, motivation, and work ethic to effectively
manage and coordinate each project phase. Mike
will provide close coordination with the City of Arden
Hills and project partners. He will be responsible
for overall team management and all schedule, cost,
public outreach, and scope management processes.
Mike began his engineering career in 2006. Stemming
from eight years of construction inspection experience
early in his career, Mike manages municipal infrastructure
projects and supports cities in pursuit of their goals. His
expertise includes capital improvement planning, project
programming, funding, conceptual design, feasibility
reports, completing final design, and construction oversight.
He has a passion for effectively managing all aspects of
project budgets, from pursuing grant opportunities to
administering projects to meet funding requirements, large
and small.
Mike's goal is client satisfaction, and he works hard to make
that happen. Mike is constantly responsive and makes his
clients a priority in daily operations.
