Bethal U Land Sale: Trail move / redo w/Senior Housing Project (B’U land sale) (2021) <br />and new Fire Station in the future ( year ___??). (See 5a & 5b on map) <br />6. Trail along South Shore of Round Lake (from West to East) with: <br />a. New Gateway Bldg. – (2021+) <br />b. Redo path to tower (20__?) <br />c. Arden Hills segment (20__?) <br />d. Senior Housing Project – 1st trail segment (2021) <br />PTRC requests that the City Council authorize City Staff to “Scope & Concept” the <br />Trail. (See K.1a,b,c & d. <br /> <br />Trail Development Enhancements: <br />7. From County Road E / LJB along West side of Hwy 51 down to Glenhill Ave (Also City <br />of Roseville planning trail extension down to Lydia Avenue in the future. (See 1+ on <br />map). Roseville City Engineer, as of April 5th, is working with MN DOT ROW to <br />“SCOPE” trail. <br />8. Crepeau Nature Preserve Trails upgrade to improve drainage and to replace old surfaces. <br />Add Hamline Ave Trail-Extension. (See P on map). <br />Bethal U has “informally approved” that the Trail Extension can connect to Anderson <br />Center Trail System ( shorter trail segment) than the trail route previously proposed. <br /> <br /> <br />Future Trail Projects: <br />9. Rice Creek Commons- Trails along road & along water way. (See T.1 & T.2 on map). <br />Rice Creek North Regional Trail – Trail along West side of AHATS fence. (See T.3 on map). <br />PTRC anticipates full participation in Trails, Parks and Potential Civic Center builds. <br />10. Sunfish Lake Trail- fully completed in 2021, started in 2020. (See new U, on map). <br />AHATS staff should be contacted by City Staff about trail access – even if limited.
