The proposal and scope of work from TKDA is provided in Attachment A.

Based on a review of the proposal, staff recommends approving a professional services agreement
to TKDA for the Arden Oaks Street Improvement Project. The TKDA proposal provided a clear
and organized approach, a team with experience in similar street and utility improvement projects,
a detailed project delivery schedule, and sufficient hours to complete a quality design and properly
administer the construction process.

The City Attorney has reviewed the proposed professional services agreement with TKDA as
provided in Attachment A. Staff recommends approval of the agreement.
