<br /> <br /> <br />Page 16 of 17 <br />Additional Review <br /> <br />Building Official <br />The Building Official has reviewed the plans and has no additional comments at this time. A <br />Building Permit will be required prior to any construction taking place. <br /> <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />The Public Works Director/City Engineer has reviewed the plans and responses from the Applicant <br />to the Engineering Comment Letter dated September 1, 2021. The City Engineer has confirmed <br />that the vehicle internal tacking has been adjusted with no conflicts, driveway radii widened to <br />remove inbound sidewalk encroachments, and driveway radii increased to remove outbound left <br />turn sidewalk encroachments. The following comment will need further clarification from the <br />Applicant: <br /> <br />1. Engineer to confirm outbound right turn has no sidewalk conflicts, or confirm that no <br />outbound trucks will turn. Movement diagram should be updated for the record. <br /> <br />The additional item above and the September 1, 2021 comment letter (Attachment K) shall be <br />adopted herein by reference as a condition of approval. <br /> <br />Fire Marshal <br />The Fire Marshal has reviewed the site layout and confirmed spacing would be sufficient for <br />emergency vehicle access and movements. <br /> <br />Public Notice and Comments <br /> <br />Notice was republished in the Pioneer Press on September 30, 2021. Notice was prepared by the <br />City and mailed to property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject property. The City has not <br />received any public comments regarding this case from this notification. <br /> <br />The City received in April during the concept review a comment which has been included as <br />Attachment O. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
