The City and Developer previously entered into a Development Contract and <br />Planned Unit Development Agreement dated September 14, 2020 and recorded October 21, 2020 <br />as Ramsey County Document No. A4839370 (“Development Contract/PUD”). <br /> <br /> B. The Developer owns property legally described as Outlot A, 2 Pine Tree North, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota (“Property”). <br /> <br /> C. The Developer has requested an amendment to the Development Contract/PUD to <br />relocate an existing multi-tenant freestanding sign that is currently located on Lot 2, Block 1, 2 <br />Pine Tree Drive to Outlot A, 2 Pine Tree Drive as depicted on the attached Exhibit "A". In <br />addition, Developer has requested flexibility to allow the sign standards as permitted under Sign <br />District 4. <br />
