However, priority has been given to removal of outdated language and modifying <br />language with an emphasis pertinent to the B-2 District. <br /> <br />Public Notice and Comments <br />A Zoning Code Amendment requires a public hearing. A public hearing notice for this planning <br />case was published in the Pioneer Press on October 15, 2021.
