In addition, in order to allow density greater than 20 <br />units/acre, an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan is required. This amendment was discussed <br />in the previous item. <br /> <br />1. Chapter 13, Zoning Code Review <br /> <br />A. Lot Area and Dimensions – Meets Requirements <br />No changes are requested. <br />B. Building and Parking Setbacks – Meets Requirements <br />No changes are requested. <br /> <br />C. Building Height - Flexibility requested <br />Flexibility to building height to allow a height of 55 feet was included in the original approval. <br />This amendment does not impact the building height. No changes are proposed to the height or <br />roof line. <br /> <br /> <br />
