Deliverables <br /> <br />Deliverables included in this proposal are: <br /> <br />a. A .pdf electronic file of the finalized conceptual drawing. <br /> <br />b. One (1) hard copy, in 11" x 17" format and a .pdf electronic file of the <br />construction drawings along with one (1) hard copy and an electronic .pdf file of <br />the bidding documents. <br /> <br />HR Green proposes the following schedule for the project: <br />1. CLIENT authorizes COMPANY to begin - TBD <br />2. Deploy web-based tools for public input - within 2 weeks of authorization <br />3. Open House – within 6 weeks of authorization <br />4. Concept Drawing and Rice Creek Watershed District Application, by December 22, 2021 <br />5. Conceptual Layout – January 2022 <br />6. Preliminary Design – February 2022 <br />7. Final Design – March 2022 <br />8. Project Bid – April 2022 <br />9. Project Award – May 2022 <br />10. Construction Services – July 2022 thru November 2022 <br /> <br />This schedule was prepared to include reasonable allowances for review and approval <br />times required by the CLIENT and public authorities having jurisdiction over the project. <br />This schedule shall be equitably adjusted as the project progresses, allowing for changes <br />in the scope of the project requested by the CLIENT or for delays or other causes beyond <br />the control of COMPANY. <br /> <br />4.0 Items not included in Agreement/Supplemental Services <br />The following items are not included as part of this AGREEMENT: <br /> <br />1. Meetings other than those listed <br />2. Geotechnical studies & reports
