Construction Detail Sheets. These sheets will provide all of the necessary construction details to construct the improvements listed above. vii. Landscape Plan. Sheet will indicate any tree, shrub or planting locations and species callouts including plant schedule. d. Refined EOPCC will be prepared for the project once these documents are complete and prior to bidding the job. The EOPCC will be broken into CDBG eligible costs for the Arden Manor Park for clarity, tracking and reporting purposes. e. Progress Meetings. COMPANY shall conduct three (3) progress meetings with the CLIENT during this phase of the work. The first meeting will occur following the public engagement and involvement and confirming the conceptual layout. The second meeting will occur after conceptual layout, at a roughly 50% complete stage and will focus on the progress and completion of the phase. CLIENT will offer input as to the layout, grading and details, and will instruct the COMPANY as to any necessary revisions. The third meeting will be at the 90% complete stage and will offer the CLIENT a final opportunity to make refinements prior to bidding the work. 6. Bidding Assistance a. The COMPANY will assist the CLIENT in bidding this work. COMPANY will prepare bid documents for CLIENT to advertise and post the project. CLIENT will disseminate contract documents and COMPANY be available to answer inquiries and questions from prospective bidders, and issue addenda as appropriate to clarify or expand the bidding documents. b. COMPANY will assist the CLIENT in conducting a Pre-Bid meeting with all prospective bidders. c. The COMPANY shall have a representative present when bids are opened and shall make a tabulation of bids for the CLIENT. COMPANY shall analyze the bids and advise the CLIENT as to a recommendation on award. 7. Construction Administration a. COMPANY will facilitate a preconstruction meeting and provide up to 150 hours of on-site construction observation, weekly construction meetings, prepare observation logs, review and approve pay applications, report on contractor wages review, respond to requests for information and prepare change orders. COMPANY will keep notes and take pictures when onsite during construction to be provided to the CLIENT. 3.0 Deliverables and Schedules Included in this Agreement 1. Meetings The COMPANY anticipates that this project will require up to seven (7) meetings with the CLIENT and public to complete the required tasks. These meetings are outlined as follows:
