F2 - F3 (shown below), we used the Tree Ratio table and the <br />Coniferous Tree Measurement to determine the caliper inch that corresponds to the height of a tree. <br /> <br />For a 6’ HT tree we determined it to be equivalent to 2.5 caliper inches. <br />For a 8’ HT tree we determined it to be equivalent to 3.5 caliper inches. <br />For a 12’ HT tree we determined it to be equivalent to 5 caliper inches. <br />Using these conversions and the additional trees identified by caliper inch in the plant schedule on <br />sheet L105, we calculated a total of 423.5 caliper inches provided (as noted on sheet L100).
