A maintenance, operations, inspection and repair plan and agreement for the underground stormwater
system needs to be developed and submitted for review.
2. Stormwater Management Report – Provide additional design information to review and confirm
phosphorus removed percentage
3. Several utilities are within grading and retaining wall areas, especially along MnDOT ROW. Identify
ownership and maintenance access areas.
4. Address the 25-foot access easement for billboards along the southern property line.
5. Provide verification of Rice Creek Watershed District review and approval.
6. Provide verification from Metropolitan Council approving access needs to meter pit.
7. Provide verification from MnDOT review and approval.
8. Sheet C200 was not clouded as containing any changes, but does include a revision 2 note, dated
10/14/21. Several items are listed as protect, remove, cap, etc. (wells, sanitary, etc.) and are not
identified. Identify what these are and their ownership, to confirm any additional approvals, requirements,
etc. for work on, and around, them. As an existing conditions sheet, all structures should be identified.

C300 – EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN – PHASE I
