<br />To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2021-072 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2022 – 2023 COLLECTIVE <br />BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE IUOE LOCAL 49 <br />WHEREAS, the City’s Public Works Maintenance Employees are represented by the <br />International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 49; and <br />WHEREAS, the current collective bargaining agreement is set to expire on December 31, <br />2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Union Representatives have been in negotiations over a new <br />contract; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously reviewed a final draft and subsequently the <br />Union members voted to approve the preliminary contract with the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, that the City Council approves the proposed collective bargaining agreement <br />between the City and IUOE Local 49. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />13TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
