Page 7 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />Traffic Analysis <br />For the Concept Review submittal, the Applicant has not included a traffic study for the <br />proposed project area. From their neighborhood meeting held in July 2021, the proposed use <br />from standard market apartments has shifted to age-restricted senior apartments. The Applicant <br />indicates this age-restricted demographic change will result in a reduced quantity of new <br />apartment residents with jobs which means an overall reduction in vehicular trip generation, and <br />reduced peak AM/PM trip generation.
