MINIMUM REQuIR MENTS <br /> 1. Bachelor's Degree, from an approved college or university, in Urban Planning, Public <br /> Administration, Business Administration, Recreation, or related field. A Master's Degree <br /> in one of these areas is preferred. <br /> 2. A minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible experience in community <br /> development or city administration is required. <br /> 3.
