Minutes <br /> City of Arden Hills, Minnesota <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Tuesday, April 28, 1998 t <br /> 7:00 P.M. r1WAY 11 1998 <br /> Army Reserve Center <br /> Call to Order: <br /> Chair Kredler called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Roll Call: <br /> Present: Lynette Kreidler, Megan Ricke, Rich Straumann, Dorothy McClung, <br /> Don Messerly, Anita Larson, Cindy Walsh, Tracy Peterson, Susan Keim <br /> Absent: Lou Speggen, Mary Robinson, Jim Johnson <br /> Minutes: <br /> Minutes from March 24, 1998 were corrected and then moved by Dorothy <br /> McClung, seconded by Don Messerly and unanimously approved. <br /> Council Report: <br /> Arden Hills City Offices will be moving April 30th and May 1 st; plans are to have <br /> offices up and operational by May 4th in the Round Lake Office Building. <br /> The contract was approved for 1998 road improvements; the trail connection for <br /> Katie Lane will be included. <br /> Council is changing staff assignments. Kevin Ringwold will be assistant to the city <br /> administrator (a two-year appointment); Cindy Walsh will add planning <br /> responsibilities and Tracy Peterson will assume more of the parks administration. <br /> The Emerald Inn has been sold with back of the lot split off for future development, <br /> but no plans have been submitted. <br /> Comprehensive Plan: <br /> Cindy reviewed the latest version of the parks and trail map; the members <br /> contributed suggestions and corrections; Cindy will have the next rendition in a <br /> month or two. We will prioritize trail segments. <br /> • <br />
