He stressed the importance of taking <br /> advantage of a slow construction forecast b <br /> y early on <br /> specifications for bid, advertising for bids early andparati awardingof <br /> bids for early construction. <br /> Buckley reviewed the proposed trail development at Cummings, <br /> Floral, Hazelnut and Chatham Parks with the committee. <br /> Buckley recommended that the committee present the entire park <br /> and trail development to the Council for consideration. <br /> Priorities should be considered for the trail proposal. <br /> Chair Sand calculated the estimated cost of <br /> (red) would cost approximatel Park perimeter trails <br /> would cost approximately $ y $51. 488 .
