PLAN (Cont'd) Fire Chief Winkel stated the Arsenal representatives have <br /> been cooperative and kept the LJVFD advised of materials <br /> stored on this property, as well as providing safety data sheets to the City. <br /> METRO WASTE REPORT Councilmember Malone questioned if the City has a serious <br /> problem with the Infiltration/Inflow, as per the <br /> a substantial sewer Pam'ad will <br /> e u <br /> Metropolitan Waste Control report. He asked i'f <br /> be necessary. <br /> Clerk Administrator Berger advised he and Public Works Supervisor Winkel will be <br /> attending a series of meetings sponsored by the MWCC regarding this matter. <br /> SIFMS COURT; Councilmember Growe asked staff if further information <br /> ODOR PROBLEM is available regarding the odor complaint on Siems Court. <br /> Public Works Supervisor Winkel explained his staff has checked this area on two <br /> occasions and has found no problem. He noted the odor may be from stagnant water <br /> or composting; leaves have been dumped on the vacant lot. Winkel stated routine <br /> maintenance has been completed on the sewer lines in this area and no problems <br /> were found in the lines. <br /> Councilmember Malone requested Winkel refer to this matter as an "odor or noxious <br /> odor complaint", rather than a "sewer odor" in all future correspondence. <br /> Winkel explained the complaint was received as "sewer gas odor" and that was the <br /> reason it was documented as such; agreed that in future correspondence he will <br /> classify complaints as "odor complaint". He stated no further complaints have <br /> been received. <br /> SCBEDULE WKSESSION; Clerk Administrator Berger advised the Audit Report is <br /> AUDIT REPORT DISC. being distributed this evening for Council review. He <br /> suggested Council schedule a worksession prior to the <br /> Regular Council meeting held June 11 to discuss the report with the auditor. <br /> Malone moved, seconded by Growe, that Council schedule a <br /> worksession on Monday, June 11, 1990, at 6:30 p.m. , for the purpose of discussion <br /> of the Audit Report. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> Council requested staff invite the auditor and members of the Finance Committee <br /> to attend this meeting. <br /> ACCEPT RESIGNATION; Malone moved, seconded by Growe, that Council accept the <br /> WILLIAM WRIGLEY resignation of William Wrigley from the City Hall <br /> CITY HALL COMMITTEE Committee, as per his letter dated 5-18-90. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> ADJOURN Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to adjourn the meeting <br /> at 8:30 p.m. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> Gary R. Berger Thomas R.
