Act as the City Forester. <br /> 4. Prepare and administer annual budget for Department. <br /> a. Analyze previous year's budget and gather information on projected <br /> cost. <br /> b. Using projected costs and administrative guidelines for budget <br /> increases, prepare budget draft. <br /> C. Review budget with Council and Clerk Administrator. <br /> d. Make revisions as directed after budget adoption. <br /> e. Develop and supervise the administration of revenue producing <br /> programs. <br /> f. Authorize expenditures from budget and revenue funds according to <br /> general accounting practices and City guidelines. <br /> • <br />
