Additionally, all individual movements are <br />anticipated to operate at a LOS D or better. The SimTraffic reports are provided in Appendix D. All 95th <br />percentile queues are anticipated to remain within their respective storage bays. <br />DESIGN YEAR (2040) BUILD CONDITIONS <br />The Design Year (2040) Build traffic volumes were developed from the addition of the Design Year (2040) <br />No-Build volumes in Exhibit 5 and the Site Trips in Exhibit 7. Exhibit 9 shows the Design Year (2040) <br />Build turning movement volumes. The site accesses were modeled as side street stop control. The results <br />of the analysis are provided in Table 6. <br />
