The Applicant is seeking flexibility on the car wash building with regards <br />to the 75% threshold with desired materials on the north and south elevations and the transparency <br />requirements on the south elevation facing Grey Fox Road. The Applicant has shown the glass <br />and polycarbonate materials as “Primary” in order to satisfy the building materials and <br />transparency code requirements. Planning Staff has identified the use of clear polycarbonate as a <br />request for flexibility under the PUD for building materials and transparency requirements.
