The March 19, 1996 Minutes were approved
unanimously. Motion by Dorothy McClung and seconded by Mary Robinson to approve
the Minutes.
COUNCIL REPORT
The Council approved the reception of the land (ponding area) on Indian Oaks. The
Council reviewed the trail, that is going well. The 1996 street improvements are being
finalized. Beverly Aplikowski stated she is still trying to get a newsletter committee
going, she stated she still needs volunteers for the reporters. The newsletter will be a
cross between the town crier and a polished headline.
Susan Keim may be the Parks and Recreation Committee Liaison.
There is going to be a public hearing on May 28, 1996 for Oak Avenue and the potential
water hook-up on Highway 10. The County Road F assessments are still being re-
evaluated. The renaming of County Road F is being discussed again. The residents
would have to approach the Council for the trail. If the trail was approved it could be
• funded by MSA (Minnesota State Aid Funds). There would be no cost to the City or the
residents.
