City staff would like to offer this for consideration today so the change could be <br />accommodated if it were to move forward. <br /> <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br /> <br />The budget for the State of the City is $1,000. The current estimated cost comes to $1,718.38, <br />including NineNorth, catering, and signage. It may be worth noting that the City is permitted to <br />bring in outside food for the event and will not be charged for the room rental, even if the City <br />does not use Eurest’s catering services.
