The City Council may want to consider adding <br />additional topics or removing topics as they see fit. We hope to finalize the presentation slides at <br />this evening’s meeting. <br /> <br />After the slides are finalized, Staff and Councilmembers will need to work together to create a <br />script for each presenter. Grace will assist with that process in whatever capacity is needed (i.e. <br />editing, copywriting, etc.). <br /> <br />On the day of the event, staff recommends the usage of the city’s a-frame/sandwich board signs <br />as wayfinding guides to reduce confusion while navigating Boston Scientific’s campus. The cost <br />of each printed sign is approximately $21 each, with the approximate signage cost coming to <br />$140. <br /> <br />We request that the Council review Attachments A and B and offer their approval or denial of <br />the costs therein, noting that the estimated cost currently exceeds the originally budgeted <br />amount. More information regarding the Budget Impact is discussed below. <br />
