MEMO <br /> Date : December 7, 1984 <br /> To : Council <br /> From: Tom Mulcahy <br /> Subject : 1984 Objectives for Parks Director John Buckley <br /> I have asked John Buckley to send to the Council his report on <br /> accomplishments of the objectives that we set for attainment <br /> in 1984 . <br /> In my view , John has responded to these challenges in superior <br /> fashion , and has done a fine job for Arden Hills this year . <br /> John and I reviewed his performance on December 6th , and I <br /> feel that the objectives that we set forth were very helpful <br /> in that evaluation process .
