<br />			Cummines  Park  to  the:  Comr;it-tee .    After  reviewing  and  discussing
<br />			ell   opt f on s ,   Comm i t t ec  had  unanimously  recommended  th u t  Concept
<br />			Plan  3  be  recorrancn dec;  to  Council   for  approval ,  w i tt,  grzd i n  ,   seed-
<br />			ing  and  bell   fields  hopefully  cone   in   1982 .    At  tf. is  a:caf incs,
<br />			Ili l ler  prosented  Concept-  Plan  3  indicating  location  of  ball   fields,
<br />			tiockoy  areas,   plantings,   other  use  areas  desired  by  the  Committee .

<br />			as  discussed  Novembsr   10  to  the  Council .    Motion  curried
<br />			unanimously .    Com-Ittec  would   like  the  plan  presented  to  the
<br />			ns i ghbors  of  the  park  et  the  February  Park  Coif:mltte€:  meeting;
