Woodburn <br /> Mayor Woodburn eXpressed the Council 's appreciation to Committee- <br /> members for their willingness to be a parr of the Parks Committee . <br /> He explained relationship of the various citizens ' committees to <br /> the Council ; asked that all committees in their deliberations and <br /> recommendations keep in mind the rood of the Village as a whole, <br /> use as a basis for reconmendatIons the philosophy of "What is <br /> best for the Village when considering all aspects -- size, needs, <br /> budget constraints, Etc .
