Town Crier Representative Report Mary Gi I I ies, member cf the News letter Publ ica-; ion Committee , sug- gested that someone from the Parks Committee directly contact Town Crier Editor rthen publication of Parks news is wanted . Report - Mz yor R. Woodburn Mayor Woodburn eXpressed the Council 's appreciation to Committee- members for their willingness to be a parr of the Parks Committee . He explained relationship of the various citizens ' committees to the Council ; asked that all committees in their deliberations and recommendations keep in mind the rood of the Village as a whole, use as a basis for reconmendatIons the philosophy of "What is best for the Village when considering all aspects -- size, needs, budget constraints, Etc . " .
