Attachment C <br /> --A �ENHILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-006 <br /> AN INTERIM ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE, TESTING, <br /> MANUFACTURING,AND DISTRIBUTION WITHIN THE CITY OF PRODUCTS <br /> CONTAINING THC <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on August 22, 2022, Ordinance No. 2022-006 was <br /> adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br /> 2022-006, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Ordinance 2022-006 establishes a one year <br /> moratorium on the sale, testing, manufacturing and distribution of products containing <br /> tetrahydrocannabinols (THC) within the City of Arden Hills in order to allow the City time to <br /> study the issue and determine what, if any, additional licensing and/or regulations for THC <br /> products to pursue.
