n <br /> Minutes of the Arden Hills Regular Planning Commission Meeting, 5-3-89 <br /> Page 5 <br /> Zehm moved, seconded by Curtis, that Commission recommend <br /> to Council approval of Case #89-05, installation of a Temporary Building, as <br /> described on the application submitted by Bethel College, to be removed in October <br /> 1994. Motion carried. (Zehm, Curtis, Probst, Martin, McGraw, Ashbach and <br /> Winiecki voting in favor; Carlson and Petersen opposed) (7-2) <br /> STATUS REPORT; Planner Bergly referred Commission to his report dated <br /> TIF PROGRAM 4-24-89, outlined the Council action identifying the <br /> "Project Area" for potential TIF Districts. <br /> The Planner stated that Council authorized the Financial Consultant to proceed <br /> with establishing the project area as defined on exhibit 2; the initial TIF <br /> districts will be established concurrently. <br /> Bergly stated no action is required on this matter; for information only. <br /> COUNCIL REPORT Councilmember Growe reported on items of interest to the <br /> Commission. <br /> ADJOURN Petersen moved, seconded by Zehm, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 8:30 p.m. All voted in favor.
