The Applicant agreed following the <br />site visit, the concept review on the proposed security fencing would be brought back to the City <br />Council at a future work session for continued discussion. The Ramsey County Sheriff’s <br />Department hosted a site tour on August 15th for review of the proposed decorative and chain <br />link fencing locations. Planning staff scheduled the continuance of the concept review <br />discussion for the September work session meeting. <br /> <br />Aerial Map of Subject Property <br /> <br />Concept Plan Proposal <br />For the September 19th City Council Work Session discussion, the Applicant has confirmed they <br />are seeking feedback on installation of security perimeter fencing, vehicle gates, and two parking <br />lot additions. Their preferred proposal includes: <br />• 6-foot tall decorative metal fencing with spikes along Paul Kirkwold Drive around the <br />pond (approx. 800 lf) <br />• 6-foot tall chain link fence with three strand barbed wire along the entire Highway 96 <br />West frontage (approx. 1,110 lf) <br /> <br />Recommended Base Project Proposal <br />
