Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />A portion of this contract includes completing the grant application for the MPCA Resiliency <br />Grant. The grant would provide funding for the remaining portion of the contract with a <br />minimum 10% match from the City. Should the grant be awarded, the remaining portion of the <br />contract would be completed. <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br /> <br />The fee for services will be based on a time and material basis and include the following tasks <br />(only task 1 is completed initially, the rest of the tasks would depend upon a successful grant <br />application): <br />1. MPCA Grant Application ($1,742.00) <br />2. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement ($3,656.00) <br />3. Data Collection ($7,548.00) <br />4. 2023 Local Stormwater Plan ($13,404.00) <br />Anticipated City Costs: (Grant Application + 10% Match) = $4,202.80 <br /> <br />Deliverables will include a MPCA Resiliency Grant Application with a Local Stormwater Plan if <br />the grant is funded. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Attachment A - Brief Local Stormwater Plan Presentation <br />
