The City has been working <br /> with the developer (RRLD) to identify funding options for this and other anticipated projects. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to approve the First Amendment to the Preliminary Development <br /> Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and RRLD, LLC. The motion <br /> carried unanimously(5-0). <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a <br /> motion to approve Resolution No. 07-51 Relating to Financing of Project; <br /> Establishing Intent with Respect to Reimbursement. The motion carried <br /> unanimously(5-0). <br /> 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> A. TCAAP Update <br /> Ms. Barton and Ms. Wolfe updated on the Council on recent TCAAP developments. <br /> Councilmember Grant requested the residential information from the recent Open House. <br /> • 9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br /> A. Councilmember Grant stated it was a good idea of putting an agenda on the screen for <br /> the residents watching them on Cable TV.
