(SRF) is pleased to submit this amendment to <br />provide professional services for right-of-way acquisition for the proposed trail along Lake Valentine <br />Road and Snelling Avenue. Right-of-way graphics and legal descriptions were prepared in 2021 to <br />accompany the initial 95% submittal. No revisions to these documents are anticipated with the <br />currently underway bidding document finalizations. This contract will include land only appraisals, <br />title research, owner negotiations, file preparation and field staking to acquire permanent and <br />temporary easements required for construction. <br />Scope of Services <br />We propose to carry out the work ("Scope of Services"), set forth in Attachments B, attached hereto <br />and incorporated into this Agreement. <br />Assumptions <br />• No revisions to current right-of-way graphics and legal descriptions required. <br />• Construction anticipated in Summer 2023. <br />• Temporary easements will be defined with a 1 year term. <br />• Additional assumptions are included in Attachment B. <br />Schedule <br />We will complete this work within a mutually agreed -upon time schedule to provide full access to <br />parcels ahead of the start of construction. <br />www.srfconsuIting.com <br />3701 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 100 1 Minneapolis, MN 55416-3791 1 763.475.0010 <br />Equal Employment Opportunity /Affirmative Action Employer <br />
