Attachment A is an amendment to provide professional services for Right -of -Way (ROW) <br />acquisition and temporary easement per requirements of State Aid process and construction <br />needs. The ROW graphics and legal description were prepared in 2021 but the actual acquisition <br />process was not included in the original contract. The full description of the scope of work is also <br />included in Attachment A, the primary tasks are land only appraisals, trail easement, 6 review <br />appraisals, land title for 6 parcels, negotiation activities, file preparation, field title and staking <br />for 6 parcels. <br />Budget Impact <br />The PSA Amendment is in the amount of $38,422. There are no ROW needs along the County's <br />portion of the trail, therefore, the County will not share any of the costs.
