<br /> <br />Page 3 of 10 <br /> <br />3. Proposed Use <br /> <br />The Applicants are proposing to rebuild a single-family dwelling with an attached garage on the <br />Subject Property. They’ve enlisted the services of an architect to help with the design of their <br />house plans.
