Ingraham& Associates proposes to use <br /> eight neighborhood meetings, 6-8 Committee meetings, three focus group <br /> sessions, an optional public opinion survey, two joint City <br /> Council/Committee meetings and a community-wide open house meeting <br /> to assure a wide range of public input into the planning process.
