SCHEDULE AND FEES Work shall begin as directed by the City and is will take approximately 6- 8 months to complete. Professional fees for the scope of work listed above, including meetings with city staff, 6-8 Committee meetings, eight neighborhood meetings, two City Council/Committee meetings and a public information meeting are not-to-exceed $20,795.00. Invoiced fees will be based on hours worked. Additional meetings or work beyond the scope of services would be at the written direction of the city and would be billed at an hourly rate. The City is responsible for providing base information GIS and digital aerials. Materials, mileage, delivery, printing and copying will be charged at cost and are estimated at $800.00. The city will be provided a hard copy original, 20 report copies, and one digital copy of the Anal plan text and associated color maps/plans. The mail-back public opinion survey option would cost an additional $5,000.00 and would not add additional time to the completion schedule.
