Additionally, Public Works recommends the purchase of parts from and the installation labor by <br />Electric Pump, as outlined in the quote (Attachment B). <br />Per the agreement, "Presbyterian Homes shall reimburse the City for all cost incurred by the City <br />pursuant to Section 3.0A, B and C above, within 45 days of receipt of an invoice from the City, <br />or in the alternative, if such payment is not received in 45 days, the parties agree that the City <br />may assess such cost against the Presbyterian Homes property." <br />Public Works plans to move forward with replacement of the inline grinder unit at Lift Station <br />No. 7. Staff recommends Council approve the purchase of the replacement parts in the amount of <br />$21,355.75 and authorize staff to execute invoicing Presbyterian Homes per the agreement. <br />Budget Impact <br />None.
