ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — JANUARY 9, 2023 30 <br />City Administrator Perrault explained he had yet to get this information to the new City <br />Councilmembers. <br />Mayor Grant explained he would prefer to have someone experienced acting as the Mayor Pro- <br />Tem, but he had been stripped of his ability to make a recommendation. <br />A roll call vote was taken. The motion to adopt a Resolution appointing Emily <br />Rousseau as the Mayor Pro-Tem for 2023 carried 3-2 (Councilmember <br />Holden and Mayor Grant opposed). <br />F. Council Liaison Appointments <br />City Administrator Perrault stated Councilmember Tom Fabel had proposed appointments for <br />the City Council. He explained the Council may choose to vote on this list in one motion or <br />individually.
